Q: How do I place an order with Walmart?
A: If you already have a Walmart account, you can place a grocery pickup order online. Write down my name for the pickup (if you donn't we cannot pick up your order). If you need help, we’re happy to assist you in person or over the phone!
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We serve the Portal, AZ / Rodeo, NM area. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our delivery zone, just ask!
We have 2 desginated pickup spots (next to the Rodeo Tavern & FootHills drive pull out). Contact me directly for home deliveries.
Q: How often do you deliver?
A: We currently deliver twice a week. Delivery days and times are posted on our website under 'Contact Us'.
Q: What if an item is missing or substituted in my Walmart order?
A: We understand how frustrating that can be! All orders are packed by Walmart, not by us — so we don’t have control over missing, incorrect, or substituted items. If you notice a problem with your order, please contact Walmart Customer Care directly through your app or receipt to request a refund or adjustment. We deliver exactly what Walmart gives us, without opening or repacking the bags.
Q: What happens if Walmart is late with my order?
A. Sometimes Walmart experiences delays preparing your order. If that happens, we’ll notify you and still deliver your items as soon as they’re ready. Your delivery may arrive later than expected in these cases, but rest assured — we’re committed to getting your groceries to you safely and as quickly as possible.Delays are rare, but we’ll always keep you informed!
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Our Standard Delivery is $30, which includes up to 6 grocery bags. Extra bags (7–10 total) cost an additional $15. Orders over 10 bags may be limited depending on space.
To keep your deliveries running smoothly and fairly for everyone, we’ve set a standard bag limit and offer flexible options when orders go beyond it. You may give us your own bags to pack your groceries.
If your Walmart order has more than 6 bags, there’s a flat $15 overage fee per delivery (not per bag). This helps cover the extra space and handling required, unless you have an active membership subscription that covers delivery fees.
Q. How do I know how many bags my Walmart order has?
The number of bags in each Walmart order depends on the items selected and their sizes, so it can vary from order to order. Because of this, the exact number of bags isn’t known until the order is packed. Once packing is complete, we count the bags and then notify you immediately if the limit has been reached.
Q: Can I split a delivery with a neighbor or family member?
A: Yes — but the entire order must be placed under one name and adress, and the total number of bags must still fall within our limits.
Q: Can I subscribe or schedule weekly deliveries?
A: Yes! We offer monthly subscriptions at a discounted rate. Perfect for regular shoppers who want peace of mind.
Q: What if I forget to place my order on time?
A: We recommend booking your spot early! Once our vehicle is full, we may not be able to fit additional deliveries. Orders placed after 5pm MST, will roll over to the next delivery day.
Q: Do you shop for me or just pick up the order?
A: We only pick up your already placed Walmart order. You handle the shopping list — we handle the drive.
Q: What if I’m not home when you arrive?
A: You can leave a cooler or storage bin outside, or coordinate with us for a neighbor or family member to receive it.
Q: How much can I order at once?
A: Our Standard Delivery includes up to 6 grocery bags. If your order is larger: 7–10 bags: Add just $15 more (depends on subscriptions). We do not accept orders over 10 bags per customer to make sure there’s room for everyone’s groceries.
Q: What time will I get my groceries?
A: Non-members will receive their groceries between 12-3pm, depending on when we get back into town and how many orders we have that day. Members may receive earlier or custom delivery times based on their subscription perks. (See Subscriptions tab for details.)
A: You can pay using any of the following: Cash (due at time of delivery- ONLY for standard delivery), Klarna, Cash App, Credit or Debit Card, and Amazon Pay.
